Being a father to a daughter is the biggest happiness in a man's life yet the most painful one!!...ASK Y?
Everybody talks about a mother who carries the baby in her womb for 9 months but never ever speak about the father who takes care of the child right from farex boxes to his grown up child's childrens school needs!!!..

A Daughter, They cry when they are born, and they make their dad's cry when they are gone ( I mean when they get married).
A daughter, the moments when she climbs on to her dad's chest, kicks him with her soft legs, trust me those kicks are the best memories which i am sure no dad would get even after finishing a full bottle of the finest scotch in the world!!..
A daughter, when she turns into a teenager and walks with her dad, observe the other people crossing by, who silently look at the daughter in admiration of her beauty, and after that observe the mixed feelings of her dad,
who at one point feels awesomley proud saying it to himself " THIS BEAUTY HAS A SHARE OF MY BLOOD" and on the other end he stares at people saying" YOU BEASTS STOP LOOKING AT MY GIRL THAT WAY"/...
The first cry which a daughter cries is the same cry which changes the world of man and makes him a FATHER!!!

Trust me, i beleive once she is born, a father never realises how soon time passess, all those baby kits, cute gown, barbie dolls, its a life worth living!!!!...

I remember my dad saying that, my sisters birth was the most amazing and life changing thing every happened to him!!!.. ( Im jealous)


Being a Father to a daughter is the most amazing, dramatic, nostalgic, above the universe feeling in this world!!!... ( As said by many fathers)

The Employee First Effect

Every day millions of employess show up at office to put their signatures on the register...
The world we see around us, the countries, the continents all have been built on the back of these signatures...and the future to will be written on these signatures...
Signatures of an employee...

You are and employee, your boss is an employee, the cable guy is an employee..
The over worked, the unsunged,
The white collared, the blue collared,
The father of the nation, the fathers and mothers, the sons and daughters,
The healers and there protectors, the girl you fell in love with,
The graveyard shift veterans, even cheif executives,
Actors, spot boys, master cheifs, waitress...

Now, the truth is all are employess, putting there ideas on the names which had, have and will shape our lifes
The truth is every employee is a hero...

Enough has been told, enough is being told, lets be proud of what we are...

Lets Make a change which we are capable of CHANGING!!!!....
